Ground-floor extension and first-floor bedroom

The brief
A small, narrow kitchen and no utility room.
What we did
A side extension creating an open-plan kitchen and living space with two sets of bi-fold doors and a pitched roof with Velux windows, a new kitchen, a utility room converted from an outbuilding, and a first-floor extension with an extra bedroom and shower room.
We're very happy indeed! The project was completed on time and to budget with a good quality finish. We really valued the fact that Piero was so approachable, responded straight away to texts and calls and was open to discussion on any changes we wanted to make.
